Process Sustainability Engineer, Saint-Gobain North America

Saint-Gobain North America, one of the world’s largest building materials companies and manufacturer of high performance solutions. Rochelle joined Saint-Gobain in July 2017, and has since worked on a variety of projects centered around achieving Saint-Gobain’s global 2025 environmental goals of energy, water, and waste reduction. A large part of her role involves managing and supporting a network of 100+ manufacturing Sustainability Champions, and developing company strategy to achieve these goals at the site level. In addition, Rochelle leads the headquarters’ Green Team and multicultural employee resource group to educate employees on environmental and social sustainability initiatives.

Rochelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering and minor in Sustainability from the University of Maryland, as well as a dual Master of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering and Innovation Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
